We were back at the Jo-burg airport today as we headed to Richard's Bay. From there we traveled inland to our resort Zulu Nyala.
We are staying in "tent" of sorts... canvas roof and side walls, but with solid walls on the ends and indoor plumbing.
The first animal we saw on safari were two white rhinos... impressive up close!
Our first day ended with traditional Zulu dancers. Many of the Zulu still live by the land: free range cattle, gardens, and selling simple things like baskets and wooden pots.
